there is always a big debate about where they can find the best kebabs in any city in Great Britain, but I am here to tell them that the best in the country is capital kebab (or new capital kebab) in london near the turnpike lan stop on the piccadilly line. if you doubt my veracity, then I tell you that I go to this place whenever I am in or around london and if I am here for a longer period, then I go several times over a few days. So far, this place also seems to be from other people I have recommended it, and even my sisters, who tries not to go and actually get it, is happy to eat them at dinner on a regular basis. if they make a takeaway, they should do what I do and ask them to pack the meat in the pitta in a separate box of salat and sauces. they shall heat the broth and the flesh; otherwise it will feel fat and disgusting. they have red cabbage, swirling, plastered chilies, salad, tomato, olive and gurken. I usually get only the first three and again, in a separate box. then I go hard on the garlic sauce and chilisoße both in their own pots.
/ when I come home, I am raising the meat and the pitta and then pulling on the salat and on the sauces. both are amazing and when they sit to get the perfect bite of meat, pitta, salat and sauces. are ready to be transported to heaven. <br br
Now I am convinced (and I believe this is true) that the meat on the donators are all done in the same camp so that the meat at most is not different. this has the correct amount of spicy and fat and when cutting off the rotating vertical grill they get in the regular some beautiful rotated pieces. trust me, the tanned meat is, the tastier it will be.
The sauces are really what this apart. the garlic sauce is creamy and has crumbled, but is not too smooth. the chili sauce is a tomato chili sauce that has exactly the right amount of heat.
I also have to admit that the red cabbage is actually quite nice on the whole sandwich. <br/All in all, definitiw one of the best kebabs in the country!
